A case starts with the first call. Removals and transfers are logged as they happen, body tags are scanned at intake, and cold-storage compartments show where everyone in your care is, including temperature logs that do not depend on memory.
Arrangements and billing stay on that same case. Quotes are itemised in cedis, with VAT, NHIL, and GETFund worked out, and Mobile Money payment links go out by SMS for MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo Money. Payments reconcile against the right case instead of a WhatsApp chat.
One account can cover a funeral home, mortuary, chapel, and cemetery. Release checklists have to be complete before a case closes, and every step is signed. Most homes are live in under 30 days, with migration included.
